AAI completed an NI 43-101 compliant Technical Report concerning the potash resources contained in the Subsurface Mineral Permit KP 441 in the Langham area northwest of Saskatoon in central Saskatchewan, Canada. The permit area is approximately 50 km north of the crescent-shaped conventional potash mining belt that extends from Delisle on the west to Colonsay on the east and contains similar quality potash beds to those successfully mined by PCS and Agrium and their predecessors for over 30 years. AAI prepared an NI 43-101 compliant Technical Report evaluating historical drilling on and adjacent to the permit as well as current 2D seismic runs on the permit area. Using these data, AAI compiled a resource estimate for the area surrounding the historical drill holes on the property.  As part of this effort, AAI re-sampled the historical cores and had them re-assayed.  AAI updated its report for Encanto for its purchase of the permit rights from Raytec.
