He also demonstrates considerable experience in infrastructure tunnel design, deep shaft design, and mine subsidence assessments. His geotechnical advice for tunnel excavation is namely in the form of ground support systems, excavation layout and sequencing, ground monitoring, ground characterization, and ground support audits. His experience in open pit slope design includes rock mass characterization and structure analysis for geotechnical models, domain characterization, design in the form of bench configurations, inter-ramp angles, and overall slope and stability analysis. He is a chartered professional engineer for both geotechnical and civil engineering in Australia.
