Mr. Bates is responsible for conducting Agapito’s rock properties laboratory testing, including Uniaxial Compressive Strength, Triaxial Compressive Strength, Brazilian Tensile Strength, Slake Durability, Moisture Content, and Point Load tests. He provides field services, including collection and reporting of data from monitoring wells equipped with Time Domain Reflectometry (TDR) hardware, logging from drilling exploration projects, and using Sigra’s IST overcoring tool to determine three-dimensional stress fields in the subsurface. He is also a certified GIS technician.
